Many of us with stressful lives and a “to do list” a mile long know meditation would be good for us, but we can’t seem to find the time or stop our minds from “thinking” long enough to consider it. Heidi was there herself when she started; and has a mission to share meditation, in a contemporary way, that is pleasurable and accessible to everyone. Join Heidi as she educates about meditation, and leads the class through a few short (and eye-opening) meditation experiences. All are welcome. However, beginners and non-meditators are especially encouraged to attend.

Can you remember the last time you did something for you? Many times we are last on our own list...forgetting that if we do not take care of ourselves, we can not effectively take care of others. Join Heidi for a session of pure self care. Participate in gentle movement and mindfulness activities focused on relaxation and self-awareness, make an aromatherapy roller or inhaler to take with you, and learn how you can access these feelings of stillness and calm any time you want. You will leave with a sense of fulfillment and be more ready than ever to face the next challenge. At the very least, you will leave relaxed and with a smile!
